Why use high quality jumpers?
Most biwireable speakers (those with +/- terminals for both high frequency HF and low frequency LF drivers) include cheap metal links that connect the HF and LF connections together to allow you to us non biwire (standard twin pair) speaker cable.
Most standard jumper links are not highly effective contacts due to composition and surface area of the metal often used. In effect, if you are using a standard (non biwire) 2-2 cable and connecting this directly to HF or LF drivers with lesser quality jumpers inbetween the HF and LF connections, you’re losing out on getting the best sound from the other drivers and negating the benefit of having good quality speaker cables.
Using a high quality set of jumpers will ensure you get the best possible connection between driver terminals and the sound quality possible from the speaker cable in use is able to be enjoyed best as possible through both sets of drivers. You should find low end bass extension is better and the high end crisper.
