How to return goods

Goods may only be returned to us by first obtaining a returns authorisation number through our returns procedure. To obtain a returns authorisation number please contact the store on 020 8440 9509 (Monday – Saturday, 10am – 6pm) or by email.

Please note the customer will be responsible for return courier costs unless the goods are deemed to be faulty or transit-damaged. We can arrange for a collection to be made, or you can arrange your own return, we advise that all returns be sent tracked to prevent items from being lost. Goods can also be returned in-store but you will still need a returns authorisation number.

Refunds will be subject to inspection. Items can only be refunded by the same method of payment.
